- E-mail address (mandatory)
- URL address website (optional)
- Information you yourself have entered as a message on the contact page

What happens to your personal data?
This website does not use Google Analytics or cookies. We do not profile our customers in order to be able to send targeted advertisements.
Provision to third parties
We pass on the data provided by you to third parties, if this is necessary for the delivery of the products ordered or services requested by you.
If you purchase an online service provided by our partner MMA of which we are exclusive representative in Netherlands, we will only provide them with your name, address and e-mail address. This way you will receive the services immediately after issuance in the US without unnecessary waiting time of one or more days.
For example, we use a third party to process iDeal payments in our webshop and we pass on your address details to the postal service provider to have the order delivered. When we provide your data to a third party, we ensure (with a contract), among other things, that your data will not be used for other purposes. We have such contracts with CC Websolutions for technical web assistance and Webvanced (both in Netherlands) for transfer of data to our accouting system. We also agree that your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless required or permitted by law. For example, it is possible for the police to request information from us in the context of fraud investigations. In that case, we are legally obliged to provide this information.
Adjusting or deleting data
If you want to change your name or address you can do so in your member profile page (member log in). If you no longer wish to use our free market preview service, you can make this known by clicking on 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of the mail. This is also possible by undoing your choice to receive the weekly newsletter free of charge in your member profile under 'Newsletter'.
If you wish to change the e-mail address you use on markettiming.nl, please send us an e-mail via the contact page on our website, stating your name, old and new e-mail address. We take care of the change within 14 days.
If you wish to have all your personal data removed, you can submit a request to this effect via the contact page on our website. Please state the name and e-mail address you provided when registering. In order to be sure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send us a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, take your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security number (BSN) in black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within six weeks.
Secure and store
We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal information. We have an information security policy for this. In this way, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to the data, that access to the data is blocked and that our security measures are regularly checked. We do not store the data for longer than is necessary. We use a standard storage period of seven years for purchases in our webshop. This means that we will delete the purchase data seven years after the date. We must retain this information for as long as possible because the law requires us to do so, as is the case for the Tax and Customs Administration.
Changes to this privacy statement
We may amend this privacy statement from time to time. Changes will be published on our website. We never use your data for purposes other than those for which you have given them up without permission.
Effective date
This privacy statement entered into force on 25 May 2018.
